These pants fit great. They are very comfortable for running or any kind of exercise. A couple of the reviews said the pants rolled up at the knees, but I did not have the that issue. They are great. I also have the Shaping Compression Knee Pants, these are great too.

These pants are outstanding. They keep your tummy flat and your bottom firm with just enough compression while still allowing you to have a good run or workout. If I could make one recommendation....I wish the pant leg were just an inch or two longer or a tighter band was sewn around the bottom of each leg. The leg pant always rides up over my knees by the time I'm through a workout (I'm 5'7 and weigh 125 lbs). Then they would be perfect!

Order a size larger than specified or you can't breathe. Also, the leg bottom rolls up and doesn't stay in place. Wish it did.
Overall, good pants, just needs a little work on the leg.

I just ordered my third and fourth pair. I've been using them every day for Zumba and working out with my trainer. After a year, they are still wearable, but I've lost weight. Even though I've lost some inches, I still have that troublesome muffin top & thunder thighs, and these pants are perfect for those problems. Not so tight they constrict, but tight enough to hold everything still. I expect these, like my first two pair, to last for a year or more of every day use--much longer than others (less expensive) that I've tried. In addition to their durability, I like the length. I have short legs, so long pants are way too long, and capri length make me look even shorter because they are almost ankle length on me. (I tried the Spanx flared leg long pants; but by the time I shortened them, there was no "flare" left.) I appreciate the little pocket for my keys, membership card, etc.--though I wouldn't object to it being a tad larger.

I was not happy with this product...for the cost it didn't do anymore from me then the other products that I have purchased at a lower price. I wanted them for my stomach area as have the tendency to be puffy. I didn't see any different with this product and it was a heavier material than others. I wear them to work out in and they would have been hot.
The fabric used by Spanx causes an itchy rash on my legs as well, so I can't wear the other products that I have purchased. Also, if I wear pants over them the fabric clings to the pants making it hard to pull up and down. I like a fabric that has some silk so it glides easily.
