Rated 2 out of 5 by The unnecessary panty gusset ruins this otherwise awesome bodysuit. I am 5'4 and 127 lbs. My problem areas are my belly and love handles, so I bought three of these bodysuits to wear under pant suits at work. If this bodysuit didn't have a gusset, it would be perfect. The gusset is too thick and too wide. It pinches and rubs and by the end of the day I had red raw spots in the worst places. Even after covering it with an adjustable pantiliner. Plus it's pointless for me. This is a thong bodysuit. All I had to do is move it aside to use the restroom. It's really too bad, because otherwise the body suit smooths where it needs to, doesn't compress your chest, fits well over your bra, and is undetectable under clothing. Unless, of course, your pants are tight and knit like yoga pants. Then if you look closely you can see the square shape of the gusset. I had high hopes, so this is quite a disappointment. If I could improve it at all, I would love to have an underwire for breasts to give just a bit more lift. At my age I need that. But it is very comfortable and I will order again. I work for Talbots and constantly recommend your shapewear. We do not sale shapewear so I think it is okay to recommend your product. :) March 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Definitely got my money's worth! I have a longer torso and mine fit perfect. I wash mine in the washer (in a garment bag) and hang to dry. Waist compression is med as specified. I have a large bust and appreciate how this does not smush me. Over time (several months), the thong part has stretched out. Now the leg openings show on my hips, so now I will be buying a replacement. I love this with tanks, adds to the layered tank look. March 1, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by thought it would be better bought this thinking it would be perfect, but it is just average. The torso is small and it can get very uncomfortable(massive thong wedgie). Also, the straps broke in the wash. I know I should have hand washed, but it got mixed up in my laundry..so if you are a person who doesn't hand wash your garments, then expect the straps to break. Disappointed in torso length - not long enough in the body to either give you a massive thong wedgie, camel toe, or have the shoulder straps dig in, depending on how you pull and manouver it. Level of compression is completely minimal - would have been better with more tightness -might have helped the slipping and sliding around in the thong/crotch area. High coverage in the front and especially too high at the back - you can't wear a lot of summer shirts without it being obvious you're wearing this. Strap thickness is good, but needs a nice dip in the back centre to allow for no peek-a-boo. Also because of the lack of compression, tends to stretch out after a couple wears and becomes even more awkward to stay in place. Could have been so much better, but save yourself the money and skip this buy. February 13, 2013
