Rated 4 out of 5 by SCDG Covers but is light
I can wear it under see-through maxi dresses and it hides what I need it to hide (cellulite and my underwear) which is great. I love that it's a full suit.
The opening to use the restroom is a little small, it could be a bit bigger.
The material is very thin, I would have liked it to suck me in a little more. But on the plus side it's good for summer, I won't be too hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Georgie Perfect for winter!!!
I thought they had stopped making this!! I looked forever after a friend stole my last full body suit. I use it as my long underwear under everything during the winter!! Not only does it keep me secure under all that extra fabric but its my extra layer.
Don't get me wrong. . . It's not hot, it's more of a light smoothing coverage. PLUS it doesn't cut into my thighs like ALL the mid thigh shapers. If you get this you won't regret it!

Rated 4 out of 5 This is NOT a long-leg version of the Hide and Sleek Slipsuit!
I absolutely adore my Hide and Sleek Slipsuits (above-the-knee bodysuits). I love the construction, the material, the compression, and the fit. I was under the impression that this was simply a long-leg version of the Slipsuit. Not so! This one is made of thinner material, edges are finished differently, neckline is lower, and straps are thinner. I am disappointed because the name of this product implies that this is a longer version on the shorter "Slipsuit". I will keep these for use during the colder months as a layering piece. I would definitely purchase several long-leg versions of the "Slipsuit" if available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by lovespanx8 I'll keep it; however . . .
I love the original hide and sleek slip suit and have been waiting to purchase more of those in black in M; however, the black has been unavailable for a long time. So when I saw the new version with longer legs I ordered the black in that. I'll keep it but won't buy more because the fabric is thinner and less strong (less strength and support, less compression) than in the original. Also, as another reviewer said, the opening at the bottom is smaller and I preferred the larger opening of the previous suit. I am worried now that the original may be discontinued and that original is the one I want!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Goodfit Straps are a bad joke on this one - still need a bra
My normal size is generally 1X or XL, and since there is no plus size in this item, I got the XL in nude and it's really too big. I like the roomy comfort in the hips and legs, but the bust portion is actually baggy! I am a D cup, so an XL should not be baggy through the bust and upper back. If only the straps were wider and not paper thin, I think that would help somewhat and I wouldn't have to add the bra which defeats the purpose of my getting this bodysuit. Also, the material through the bust should be thicker with a little more control. If only the bust area was right, this would be an awesome everyday piece. I notice other Spanx products being hit and miss with sizing. Very annoying, especially when you shop by mail! Please get it together on the sizing consistency Spanx and I will be very grateful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ahoward wouldnt purchase again
I had hoped this product would be just like previous body suits only longer in the legs so your thigh doesn't get chopped off. It is of a different weight and combination that is not as good as the orginal spanx body suit which I would purchase again. The " trap door" also seems a lot smaller on this suit. Im not sure what im suppose to be able to get accomplished with it but apparently not much. I don't dislike the product enough to mess with returning it, but I would not recommend this until it undergoes some changes in the crotch and fabric design. I would however recommend the original spanx body suit.
