Ok. I have tried a handful of undies to try to help with my diastis recti (stomach sticking out after c section ten YEARS ago). These might be the winner for every day wear! I might size down when I order more, bc there is some extra room in the butt/lower back area. I ordered two different styles (this high leg and the other non high leg option). I am returning the non high leg options since they dig into my thighs. And exchanging for this style! Love it.
