Comfy once you get it on. Look great under a golfing dress - removed all the lumps and bumps. Only tried it on so far. Have not worn it all day. Spanx jeans size is always a large. In undergarments and work out pants I order an XL. Did not create a lump in the thigh where it ends which was the biggest concern I had when ordering.Renae S.
