These briefs provided the perfect amount of of tummy control without being suffocating. I was able to breathe in these briefs, which isn’t always the case with shapewear. They were surprisingly comfortable and stayed in place all day without giving me a muffin top over the waist band. I didn’t notice a huge difference in how my booty looked but at age 46, every little bit helps. These briefs feel SO good - however, my body is a little soft so although the brief feels really good, it cuts into the soft flesh a bit in the front (see picture) which is easily seen in clothes. The fit feels good everywhere else, so I’m not sure if the next size up would be a solution but may be worth considering when purchasing. My booty feels tight & lifted, but the back has a bit of the cutting as well which can be slightly seen in clothing - just not as noticeable as the front. Also, if you do not tend to wear figure hugging clothes, this would be a good choice. Again, the fit feels great; but the results are not seamless to the eye. I’d recommend trying a size larger than you wear. I tried an XL which is my normal Spanx size.
