A classic style

I love this navy dress. The material is comfortable and provides a flattering fit along with the tie waist. I also loved the length as i am 5’4”. If i could purchase this in all the colors i would. I am thinking about purchasing it in black even though it is a bit above my budget. The only concern is the neckline was a bit low on me.
