Submit Your Return
US: Click the button above to return or exchange your non Final Sale purchase within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, tagged condition. Refunds are processed to their original form of payment.
UK & EU: Click the button above to return your purchase within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, tagged condition. Please reach out to contactus@spanx.com to return items marked Final Sale. Refunds are processed to their original form of payment.

Drop Off Items
In the US, take your items to your local postoffice, Fed Ex, or an authorized Walgreens. Outside of the US, take your items to the carrier listed on your return label.
To ensure you receive a timely refund, package each order with their corresponding labels.

Get Your Refund
We carefully inspect all items once your return is received, which can take up to 7 business days after delivery to our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the inspection is complete. Refunds are subject to a return shipping fee. This fee is deducted from your refund on receipt of your return.
