I usually love the way Spanx size Medium pants fit me. These pants look great on the model. They aren't too baggy in the upper leg area they even look a bit like slim fit to me. They are extremely large in the upper leg or thigh area going all the way down the length of the pants. They look nothing like the photo. I even washed them in hot water and dried them on the hottest setting in the dryer. Which shrank them but, they are still extremely large in the entire leg area.
