I love the smooth look of the zero waistband. I favor the bottoms without the opening but will tolerate it because the total look is nice. The pants (to me) run a bit big. I wear my clothes baggy so ordered an XL. The waist is a bit too loose for me. I’m 5”5 and weigh 160lbs (desk job is killing me)! I purchased these pants to wear post abdominal surgery, with the hope that I could wear them above the cut or folded below the cut. It’s moderately comfortable, soft like Spanx and looks good with tennis or wedge boots. The fit around the hips and waist is fine but the length is too long for flats.
