For reference, I’m 5’5”, 175 lbs, and ordered a size Large. Unlike the leggings I tried from Spanx, this Sleek Jersey Long Sleeve Dress fit beautifully. The material is soft, stretchy, and skims and flows over curves instead of squeezing them. It hides the little rolls we all have without feeling tight or compressive. It actually runs a bit roomy, so if you want a more body-hugging fit you’ll be able to size down. I personally love the way it drapes. It’s comfortable, flattering, and easy to wear.
