This is one of the best sports bras ever. Honestly, it works perfectly as a normal bra. I have difficulty wearing bras because I have a messed up spine, but this bra causes no pain. I like that it hooks in back because I also have currently have a shoulder injury. This is the third one I've bought because I wear them so frequently. Technically, according to my bra size I should be wearing a small, but the x-small actually fits better. Having multiple hooks on the back allows for more wiggle room on sizing.
