Great very Effective
I have worn these a few times and really impressed with them, extremely thin so it blends in easily. Only things is being careful to not wear things that are short or two open that can show the shorts when sitting or taking big steps. Great additionLauree S.

I am no means fat but age has given me a little belly. These are comfy and flattened me out enough that I was not self conscious. I may have been able to wear the medium but to be on the safe side I got the large.
