I wear a medium in everything. This is the second pair of thongs that I have bought from you guys in the past month. Actually I bought four pairs. Every one of them are so small and so uncomfortable. The first two pair I had trouble with and I talked to a lady and she wanted me to send them back. I did not want to go through all this trouble so I just ordered a different kind of thongs from you guys. They fit horribly also. I just wanted a pair of panties that would not show a line when I wore my leggings. I have wore thongs in the past with no problem. I don't understand why yours is so uncomfortable.
