We want you to love your Spanx products! If you aren’t 100% happy with your www.spanx.compurchase, you may return non-final sale items, in their original condition, within 90 days of your purchase date for a refund. We will deduct a $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund if you request a refund to your original form of payment.If you choose to exchange your item, the return shipping fee will be waived. If you are not happy with your www.spanx.com purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of non-final sale items, in their original condition, within 90 days of your purchase date for a refund. We will deduct a $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund if you request a refund to your original form of payment. If you choose to exchange your item, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Final Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.
Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on www.spanx.com. For purchases made through a retail store or other websites, please return to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges: You can create an exchange for a different size or color by clicking Start Return above (provided the item you’d like to order is in stock). We will provide you with a free return shipping label to return your items and will ship out your replacement item once we receive your return.
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Products that have been used or worn.
- Swimwear missing its protective hygienic liner.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Spanx.
After your order has been delivered, you have up to 90 days from the order purchasing date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the return initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start Return above and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.

When shipping out your exchange order, we refund you in store credit and use that store credit on the newly-created exchange order. Any returns on exchange orders will result in a store credit refund. If you'd like this transferred to a refund to your original form of payment, please reach out to us at contactus@spanx.com
Unless you chose to exchange your item, your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, less the $7.95 return shipping fee. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. If you return multiple orders in one package, the remainder of the items will be refunded once your package has been received and fully checked in at our warehouse. We recommend returning separate orders in separate packages with the corresponding pre-paid label to avoid a delay.

We recommend referencing your return tracking number on your label to check your return status. Unless you chose to exchange your item, your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, less the $7.95 return shipping fee. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Please email our team at contactus@spanx.com if you have any additional questions regarding your return status.
To reprint your label, please revisit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label". If you are unable to find your email, you can generate a new return label by first canceling your existing return label.
To do so, click Start Return above and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.
