I have a formal occasion coming up and I have always been self-conscious about my "back fat" rolls. This product evened out both tummy and back rolls. I am 5'5" and 205 lbs. I normally don't wear control apparel but found that this was comfortable. Not too tight and not too lose. Only thing, legs make "swishing" sound when walking (wearing with a dress not pants).
