These high-waist mid-thigh shaping shorts are one of my go-to options for everyday smoothing. They provide medium shaping that feels natural and comfortable, especially through the hips and midsection, with noticeable smoothing in the lower stomach area. I really like how high the waistband comes up—I can comfortably wear them up to or even slightly under my bra—and they stay in place all day without rolling or shifting, even with movement. The fabric is lightweight but not overly thin, and not bulky either, making them a great year-round option. They’re breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day without causing overheating.
