We want you to love your Spanx products! If you aren’t 100% happy with your www.spanx.com purchase, you may return non-final sale items, in their original, tagged condition, within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund. We will deduct a $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund if you request a refund to your original form of payment.If you choose to exchange your item, the return shipping fee will be waived. Please see What is the Return Policy? below for additional details.
If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final sale items within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund.
Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $7.95 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. Please expect your refund 3–5 business days after we receive the package. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 60 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Products returned without original tags attached
- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
- Swimwear purchases that no longer have the hygienic liner attached and the reusable pouch not included with return.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.
- Items not purchased on Spanx.com. (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Spanx.
Returning and/or Exchanging multiple items from the same order
If returning or exchanging multiple items from the same order, please include all items in the same box and use one return label. It's important that the return label matches the return content to ensure the appropriate refund is received once processed.
If possible, we recommend processing one return label by order, this way, only one return fee is applied even if multiple items are returned at once.
Returning or exchanging items from multiple orders
When items from different orders need to be returned, it is very important to create separate returns for each order and ensure that each item is packaged using the corresponding return label. If items from different orders are included in other packages or items are not accounted for in the return process, the correct refund might not be received. Please note that there will be one return shipping fee processed per returned order even if multiple orders are returned in the same package, unless the item is exchanged.

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 60 days from the order purchasing date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the return initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start Return above and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.
You can create an exchange for a different size or color by clicking Start Return above (provided the item you’d like to order is in stock). We will provide you with a return shipping label to return your items and will ship out your replacement item once we receive your return.
When shipping out your exchange order, we refund you in store credit and use that store credit on the newly-created exchange order. Any returns on exchange orders will result in a store credit refund. Unless you chose to exchange your item, your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, less the $7.95 return shipping fee. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. If you return multiple orders in one package, the remainder of the items will be refunded once your package has been received and fully checked in at our warehouse. We recommend returning separate orders in separate packages with the corresponding pre-paid label to avoid a delay.

For the status of your return, we recommend referencing your return tracking number on your label.
You can expect to receive your refund and refund confirmation email within 3 –5 business days after we receive the package. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, with the $7.95 return shipping fee deducted from the total. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any additional questions regarding your return status.
Once you return your original order using the return label provided by our return tool, your exchange will be processed, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is on its way to you.

To reprint your label, please revisit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label". If you are unable to find your email, you can generate a new return label by first canceling your existing return label.
To do so, click Start Return above and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.
