FAQs

How long will my return take to process?

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receiving your return order. We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from spanx.com. At this time, we cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers.

How can I reprint my return label?

After clicking the “Start Free Return” button, enter order number and email. The returns for the order number will be listed. Please click on the order number associated with your order. This will take you to a screen to reprint your label.

How do I check my return status?

After you have returned your order, you can check its status online any time by entering your order number on the returns page. Or, if you have a Spanx.com account, you can check return status at My Account. Click on My Returns in the left panel. You will see a list of started and completed returns.

How do I exchange my order?

Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.

At Spanx, we’ve always got your butt covered, and we stand behind our products. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns within 90 days of your purchase date for a refund. Shipping for returns is free within the U.S. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns originating outside of the U.S.

Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on Spanx.com. For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.

Exchanges: If you would prefer another size or style, please call us at 1.888.806.7311 for details on returning your item and placing a new order. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs!

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Spanx.
