Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to love your Spanx products! If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund. This includes items that have been tried on and those with removed tags. Please see What is the Return Policy? Below for additional details.

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final sale items within 90 days of your purchase date for a refund. This includes items that have been tried on and those with removed tags. Shipping for returns is free within the U.S. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns originating outside of the U.S.  

 

Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on Spanx.com. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.  

 

Exchanges: If you would prefer another size or style, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you need to apply prior discounts on your new order, please email us at contactus@spanx.com.  

 

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to: 

- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.

- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.

- Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.  

 

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Spanx. 

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 90 days of the order purchasing date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within the 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start Free Return above and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.

Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. If you return multiple orders in one package, the remainder of the items will be refunded once your package has been received and fully checked in at our warehouse. For future returns, we recommend returning separate orders in separate packages with the corresponding pre-paid label to avoid a delay.

We recommend referencing your return tracking number on your label to check your return status. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Please email our team at contactus@spanx.com if you have any additional questions regarding your return status.

To reprint your label, please re-visit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label". If you are unable to find your email, you can generate a new return label by first canceling your existing return label.   

 

To do so, click Start Free Return above and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.
